At Hayah Closet, every order is carefully prepared to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Order Processing

Orders begin processing after your 50% deposit has been received and confirmed.

Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.

During busy seasons, new collection launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location within Egypt.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation, and your package will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

Order Inspection

You may open and inspect your package while the courier is present.

Inspection is limited to 10 minutes.

Please note that trying on or wearing the garments during delivery is not permitted.

If you notice a manufacturing defect during inspection, please return the item immediately with the courier so we can arrange a replacement in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.
