How do I place an order?

Simply choose your favorite items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you if any additional confirmation is needed.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to confirm every order.

Your order will begin processing once the deposit has been received and confirmed.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not entered processing, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist you.

Once processing has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically prepared within 7–10 business days after your deposit has been confirmed.

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service.

Can I open my package before accepting it?

Yes.

You may inspect your package while the courier is present for up to 10 minutes.

Please note that trying on or wearing the garments during delivery is not permitted.

Sizing

Most products say "One Size." What does that mean?

Most Hayah Closet pieces are designed with relaxed silhouettes that comfortably fit a wide range of body shapes.

Unless otherwise stated, our One Size garments are generally recommended for customers between 60–80 KG.

Always check the product description for any style-specific fit notes.

What if I'm unsure which size to choose?

We're happy to help.

Do all products come in One Size?

No.

While most of our collection is available in One Size, selected styles are also offered in M, L, XL, and XXL.

The available sizes are always listed on the product page.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes.

Exchanges are available for manufacturing defects. Selected products may also be exchanged for another available size, subject to stock availability.

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

Please return the item immediately with the courier during the inspection period.

Our team will arrange a replacement after confirming the manufacturing defect.
